I’ll be honest with you—I’m a little obsessed with Christmas. (Okay… a lot obsessed. Ten trees should have already told you that. 😉)
But for all my love of decorating, baking-inspired details, and creating meaningful holiday moments… there’s something I’ve been dreaming about for a while now.
German Christmas Markets.
And this year, I’m finally doing something about it.
Stephen and I are hosting a group river cruise to experience them… for the very first time.
And if I’m being completely honest?
That makes me even more excited.
Why First-Time Experiences Are So Special

There’s something different about doing something for the first time.
You’re not comparing it. You’re not rushing throughit You're not thinking about what’s next.
You’re fully in it.
That’s the kind of experience I wanted when we started planning this.
Not something rushed. Not something overwhelming. Not something where you feel like you’re just trying to keep up.
But something intentional… meaningful… and shared.
Because the truth is:
Travel is amazing. But experiencing something new together? That’s where the magic really happens.
What I’m Most Excited About
I’ve spent a lot of time researching these markets (you know I’m a details person 😉), and there are a few things I just keep coming back to:
The atmosphere—soft lights, historic towns, everything decorated like a storybook
The traditions—some of these markets have been around for hundreds of years
The little moments—holding a warm drink, wandering without a schedule, just taking it all in

It reminds me so much of the things I love most about the holidays at home.
Not the busy parts.
The meaningful parts.
Why We Chose a German Christmas Markets Cruise
If you’ve ever thought about visiting multiple Christmas Markets, you might have wondered:
“How would I even plan something like that?”
That’s exactly why we chose a river cruise.
Because instead of trying to figure out transportation, hotels, and logistics between cities…
Everything flows together.

You unpack once. You move effortlessly from town to town. And you actually have the space to enjoy the experience instead of managing it.
It’s calm. It’s easy. And it gives you room to be present.
Which, let’s be honest… is not always easy during the holiday season.
What It Means That We’re Hosting This Trip
This isn’t just a group we’re putting together and sending off.
Stephen and I will be there with you.
Walking the markets.Experiencing it all for the first time.Sharing those “this is even better than I imagined” moments.
And I think that matters more than people realize.
Because this isn’t about having all the answers or having done it before.
It’s about creating an experience where you feel:
Comfortable
Supported
And part of something bigger than just a trip
You’re not figuring it out alone.
You’re experiencing it with people who truly care about your experience.
This Might Be For You If…
You don’t need to be a seasoned traveler for this.
In fact, this might be perfect for you if:
You’ve always wanted to visit Europe, but weren’t sure where to start
You love Christmas and want to experience it in a meaningful way
You like the idea of a slower, more relaxed travel style
You appreciate having someone guide you through the process
This isn’t about being “well-traveled.”
It’s about being open to something special.
Looking Ahead to 2027 🎄
Our 2027 German Christmas Markets River Cruise is already coming together, and it’s been so much fun watching the first few cabins get claimed by clients who are just as excited about this experience as we are.
Right now, we only have a couple of spots left in our group, which makes this such a unique window of time.
You’re not too early. But you’re also not too late.
You’re right in that sweet spot where you can still say:
“This sounds like something I want to be part of.”
Without the pressure—but also without missing out.
Your Turn 🎄
When you think about your favorite holiday memories, what stands out most?
Is it the decorations?Time with family?Traditions you look forward to every year?
Or maybe it’s just that feeling—the one that’s hard to describe, but you know it when you feel it.
That’s what this trip is really about.
If this is something that’s been on your heart—even just a little bit—I’d love to talk with you about it.
No pressure. Just a conversation.
Because sometimes the best trips don’t start with a booking…
They start with a simple “what if?” ✨
